I'm upset today. Not the angry upset;
Just, well, sad upset. And no, no one died.
Upset cause one: Math.
Upset cause two: home not-so-sweet-home
Had English, HMT and Math today. Ugh.
Tmr there's a Chem quiz, which I shall study for;
Once I blog finish. And CM1302 starting tmr! :D
And wonderful WH lend me his book (:
So anyway, English. We watched videos about Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde;
Some stuff about literary devices. 2 videos I think. Both were nice :D
I want to do poetry! Anyway t'was alright.
I shall make an effort to plan for my next prose. Not to forget;
I shall make more of an effort to actually start writing. Been putting it off for a while;
Didnt even do this week's Magpie Tale. Meh. I like to write. I really do, just that I dont write well.
That makes me sick. Someone what loves doing something but cant do it well.
Pathetic. Sounds like me.
Chinese. As usual, slack. I mean, what can we do? XD
Read a chapter and did the workbook. Then slack around haha. Got back out essays too;
Me is very very disappointed over this. I got 47/70. I was aiming for a 50!
This is my lowest so far. Before this, all my essays were 50, with one 56. Bahh.
Math. Oh yes. Math. Dont we love it. We did some geometry and trigometry.
Went through the 1st 3 pages of Tuturial 2.1 and the notes.
Tut. 2.1: I did the whole thing on 2 peices of paper with just steps;
And took another pieces just to write down the properties used for every q. Damn.
My methods were all very short and precise. Instead of working out every angle;
I visualise then pick the 'best' method. I dont skip steps.
It's just that I SEEM to skip steps. Oh yes. That's why I'm upset.
So here it goes. We were on out notes when Ms Ng ask WH to go up and solve q;
Then he draw diagram which I copied onto my notes. Suay, Ms Ng walk around.
She saw my notes and ASSUMED/PRESUMED that what I drew in my diagram was my method.
WHICH WAS NOT. Because WH's method need 3 steps. Mine only needed ONE.
AND IT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH WH'S METHOD/DIAGRAM.
I ONLY USED ONE. DAMN. STEP.
I used the interior equals to exterior opposite thingy btw.
JUST THAT MS NG WOULDNT LISTEN TO ME/ COULDNT SEEEEEEEEEEEEE.
And then she say I skip step. I tell you, the last thing I skipped was lunch yesterday.
Make things worse, she told me my presentation for Assignment 1 wasnt good.
I heard it and WTHWTHWTHWTFFFFF went in my head. I checked it like, 10000000 times!
Making sure every damn answer is correct and no steps missed and wrote neatly!
That wasnt the first time. I think yesterday, she ask me go board solve q;
I used the 2 interior = exterior opposite. Which was damn right true and correct;
And again, I only used one step. SHE PUT A BIG CROSS.
She say we havent learn that property yet so cannot use. WTH?
I learn in like, P5! Anyway, she proceeded to write 49673589670392856 steps.
That string of digits was purely meant for dramatic purposes.
Val and Madhu both used the methods Ms Ng liked.
WHY CANT SHE SEE. IT'S A DAMN DIAGRAM WITH THE ANSWERS STARING BACK.
WHY CANT SHE VISUALISE. IT'S SO DAMN SIMPLE.
Why does my working have to be like everyone else? My method is logical and correct,
Why cant I use them? There's no one fixed working. Mine's simple to understand too.
I predict she's gonna throw my future angle work into the bin;
Even though my steps are simple, clear, labelled, logical, correct and neat.
After Math had lunch then returned to class to do work. I was studying Chem;
But ended up weaving PY's shoelace. I shall complete the other shoe another day (:
Val was freaking out over her Chinese work. Madhu was freaking out over Tut. 2.1.
Which she refused to let me help. Though I completed almost all on my own :D
But after she almost spiralled to insanity, I managed to convince her to let me help.
Her initial steps were loooooooong. Mine was, er, one step.
She couldnt see it at first when I told her. Then I drew a little on my paper,
And explained, then she understood (: One simple step.
I bet when Ms Ng sees my step and working, she's gonna throw my work into the bin.
PY also one step, but she drew in a lot of extra lines and angles.
I didnt draw anything on my diagram. I didnt even imagine extra lines;
I just visualised a little and solved it in one simple step;
Which I bet Ms Ng isnt gonna let me. Adults. Sigh.
In the car on the way home, my younger sis was babbling in the car;
I felt like strangling her. I was tired enough and she just couldnt shut up.
She probably did it to piss me off. I must say she was successful.
But I assure you, she wont have the last laugh.
So tough living in a family of 5 (dad, mom, older sis, younger sis and me)
When Dad favours the younger beast and mom favours the older lass.
Want to say a lot about my family. But oh well;
Skeletons in the closet should stay in there, no?
I'm starting to actually like sch compared to being at home. Home?
I mean this house I'm staying on only cuz I cant live on my own.
Dont feel safe in here though. The younger beast has been doing stuff to piss me off;
Like putting tons of pepper into my soup when I'm not looking;
Doing the magic trick of making all the Hello Panda disappear;
Purposely do crap to show how bias my parents are towards her and not me.
I'm starting to look forward to sch too. Because of one person (:
Still dont know his class though... Sigh. CCA changed to only Monday. NOOOOOO.
That means less time to play with programs! But it also means I can go back earlier;
At 4pm after CM1302. Should go do some revision for the Chem quiz tmr.
Never liked adults. Too many comments about them, but I dont have the time to post;
Chem quiz to study for! Code Geass R3 coming out, but I havent even watch R2! SAD.
