the grey parts are too dark, so it's a little hard to see the words.
the words in the blockquote cannot be seen, change the background color for blockquotes.

i can see your effort in the picture.
however, i think that picture would go better in deviantart than in a blogskin.
the blogskin overall, is too plain.
The black and white competition wants, obviously, black and white colors.
however, black and white does not have to be plain.
